The bench arrived on time, unharmed and looks fantastic! It is solid, not some flimsy do it yourself project. My only caution would be for those that are sensitive to smells. Find a place you can let it set for a week or so, it had a very strong paint smell when it arrived. I love it, I would recommend it and I would buy it or other products from American Country again.

The size is perfect The color was a little to pinkish yellow, so I repainted it. The hinges were loose, so I tightened them. I wish the safety hinges allowed the lid to close slowly, but it only keeps the lid up. Once you start to close the lid, it drops. I added a couple more felt pads to help little fingers from getting smashed. Overall, I like the bench.
