The chairs are lovely and great looking and we really love them but there are no instructions for how to care for them and when I called customer service to inquire about this, there was only a voicemail. I left a message and no one has called me back in about 2 weeks. It would be nice to know what we need to do with them in rain, etc.

I absolutely love the way these chairs look. They seem quite sturdy. The only issue I have is that the wood is left rough on all the bottom edge cuts. I'm afraid it may split over time, and it has already caught on some of my clothing. Other than that, they're perfect, so far. I guess the real test will be time.

I like the chairs very much, well made and comfortable. My only complaint is that they are not really blue, they are purple. My apartment is grey and blue, so I was really looking for blue. Best regards, Jane Casper
