Even though there was a small snafu in the length of time it took to arrive, American Country Home Store was quick to remedy the situation and very pleasant to deal with. The rug is beautiful and laid flat right away even though tightly curled up in its shipping container before it arrived.

Recently purchased braided rug and matching stair treads-they are beautiful! Very happy with our purchase.
