The opera table is made in France of very high quality steel, the paint is powder coated and baked on -- just like an automobile. You will have to assemble the table -- which is just attaching the legs to the ring underneath the table and attaching the top of the legs to the table top. You don't need any special tools -- just hand screw and tighten with a small tool (which is included).
