The bench looks good, however, there is an unpainted area on each wooden bar that connects the legs. I don't know if it's supposed to be like that or if someone forgot to finish painting. I didn't receive any receipt with the bench either. REPLY: the two legs are shipping braces which are meant to protect during shipping - these can easily be removed. On some large items, we can only send a receipt via email, since these are shipped directly from our warehouse.
