OUR WARRANTIES
American Country is committed to providing you with the highest quality materials and workmanship that will give you years of comfort, service and beauty. A lifetime limited warranty is given to the original retail owner of the upholstery.
FRAMES AND SUSPENSION SEATING SYSTEM
American Country warrants the frame and seating system to be free of manufacturing defects for the life of the product under conditions of normal, noncommercial use.
CUSHIONS
American Country warrants our High Resiliency Foam seat cushion against loss of resiliency for 10 years under conditions of normal, noncommercial use.  American Country warrants our Feather Blend seat cushions against loss of resiliency for 5 years under conditions of normal, noncommercial use. We do not warrant the fiber, feather, or down on any of our cushions (seats and backs). The fiber on the cushions will relax and soften with normal use. We recommend flipping and rotating your seats and backs to keep them looking fresh and new.
SLEEPER MATTRESS AND MECHANISM
American Country warrants our sleeper mechanism and mattresses to be free of manufacturer’s defects for a period of three years under conditions of normal, noncommercial use. The motor to the air mattress is warranted for one year under normal, noncommercial use.
FABRIC
The fabric on the base frame and slipcovers are warranted for workmanship of zipper, seam slippage, and fraying for one year of the product under the original owner. This warranty does not cover fabric that has been treated with a dealer or consumer applied solvent repellent treatment.  Fabric Treatment may alter the color of the fabric when washed or dry-cleaned and American Country will NOT be held responsible for discoloration. Wearing, wrinkling, fading, and piling ARE NOT covered. Also fabric dye lots vary from roll to roll. We are not responsible for dye lots not matching on pieces ordered at different times. We are also not responsible for contrast welt bleeding. The fabrics themselves are not warranted due to the unique properties of each type of fabric and how they are cleaned. We will suggest a proper cleaning code for our individual slipcover.
CARE & CLEANING CODE
Our Slipcovers are either (D) Dry Clean Only (Recommended) or Machine Washable. We do not warrant against shrinkage, fading, or damages of the covers due to the unique characteristics and uncontrollable variables in the washing process and the fabric themselves.
OUR PROMISE
We guarantee the original retail purchaser, we will repair or replace, at our option, any part or parts we deem to have manufacturing defects covered under the American Country Warranties.
