Upon arrival I was happy with the packaging and overall condition of the package. The only thing I don't understand is the small dings or dents all over the cubby. It looks like a gave my 2 year old a hammer and let him beat it up. My wife says that's the way it's supposed to be? Why bubble wrap it during shipping, it's already beat up. In my opinion it would be better without the dings. Are they supposed to be part of the item? I would like to know. Thanks FYI - Sorry, your wife is right...it is supposed to have the dings and light distressing..

I love the cubby... perfect size... pretty color, but it arrived slightly damaged. The wood piece on the bottom was broken and coming out of the side it was nailed into. Thankfully my husband knows a lot about carpentry so he fixed it, but I was a little disappointed that it needed to be fixed. Note from ACHS: this is a shipping brace and should be removed!
