Our French bistro rattan chairs are made from
natural rattan (not plastic!).
The seats and backs are made of nylon or polyethylene weave
...suitable for indoor or outdoor use. 
One of the original French companies to weave attractive,
hand-made, rattan furniture.
Most of our stock is available in a matte weave
which is made from polyethylene.
We stock the shiney weave (polyamide nylon)
in the Montmartre chair which is our highest quality.
However, the matte is just as strong as
the shiney weave and less expensive.

The weave’s eye-zapping chequerboard effect
and weather-resistant qualities ensure these chairs
remain a bistro staple since the 19th century.
Ideal for home, bar, cafe or restaurant.
Rattan has proven over the years to be a very decorative
and comfortable material to use.
It can adapt to different climates and is resistant to
water and sun. It is almost maintenance free.
All chairs and armchairs are stackable.
