I like the workmanship and the opportunity to choose the colors I wanted. However, the hooks to hang it up were too weak to support the rack with dishes on it -- so I had to purchase heavy duty ones and put them on myself. Seems the hardware included should be heavy duty enough to serve the purpose the rack was meant for.

I absolutely LOVE my plate rack!!! The workmanship is beautiful and it looks gorgeous on my kitchen wall! I use one of the little drawers for tea bags and Splenda.... I would highly recommend this product. It's an awesome piece! Love it, love it, love it!
